PROTECTOR RG MK 1 (MQ-9B) RPAS TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
VuDu Engineering’s technical expertise continues to play an important role in the development of the Protector RG Mk 1 (MQ-9B). This next generation Remotely Piloted Air System (RPAS) is a cutting edge platform that will replace the Reaper (MQ-9A) and provide a step change in capabilities.
Able to fly consistently for up to 40 hours and take off and land automatically, the Protector can be flown anywhere in the world while being operated remotely from the UK. It will be deployed in wide ranging armed Intelligence, Surveillance, Targeting and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) operations.
